Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email in case of any significant delay.

Damages & Lost Packages
We carefully pack all items before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
